Salters Cottage is located on a small residential street very close to the beach and quaint High Street. While the property does not have its own parking there is a large, free 24hr car park within an easy walk and ample free on-street parking in the town and surrounding roads. There are 3 pay car-parks close by and electric car charging within 2 minutes walk. Car parking charges do not apply after 6pm until 9am. Guest are able to pull up outside the property to unload/pack the car etc but are advised to re-park promptly. The beach is a minute's stroll from the property offering beautiful views, walks and points of interest. There are numerous local shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and boutiques in Budleigh Salterton, all within easy walking distance of the Cottage.
